Paediatrics Superspeciality Services

Critical Care Services

The Pediatric unit comprises 160 beds, which are divided into General Beds and Critical Care Beds. Among the Critical Care Beds, there are 20 dedicated to Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) and 12 to Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU). The NICU is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including air-conditioning, servo-controlled infant warmers, incubators, ventilators, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), and phototherapy equipment.

12 beds of PICU are well equipped with high quality equipment with HFOV, and 7 ventilators, HFNC and CPAP facilities. We also have an in house dialysis unit for renal replacement therapy for MODS Kids. We have an in-house portable SONOSITE machine for bedside USG, ECHO.

Paediatrics Neurology

We have a team for Paediatrics neurology, allied services, and Neuro rehabilitation. Together, we provide comprehensive care to children with developmental, behavioral, and neurological problems. Our state-of-the-art facilities, research-based testing methods and world-class doctors enable us to offer high-quality care for the most complex conditions, like Childhood epilepsy, Autism spectrum disorders, Muscle problems like muscular neuropathy or dystrophy, Behavioural disorders like tics, ADHD, sleep problems etc.

1. a. Refractory Epilepsy management
2. b. Ketogenic Diet/ Epilepsy Surgery
3. c. Sleep Study
4. d. 24 hours Video EEG

Paediatrics Endocrinology

We have managed more than 50 DKA Cases in last 3 years with regular follow up. We also treated nearly 30 patient with Growth hormone deficiency, Under MPJAY Scheme

Paediatrics Cardiology

We done more than 125 Device closure congenital Cardiac defect for PDA, ASD, and VSD along with a lot of cardiac catheterization for cyanotic hearts. Along with CVTS teams, department had done a lot of Paediatrics complex congenital heart like TAPVC, ASD, VSD, TOF, & Rhabdomyomas etc.

Paediatrics Gastroenterology

We have done a lot of endoscopies, sclera-therapies and colonoscopies since last 10 years. We are developing a transplant Programme for Paediatrics liver very soon

Paediatrics Pulmonology

We also offer services for Sleep apnea with State of art sleep study {polysomnography} Facilities available-Fiber Optic Bronchoscopy, Allergy testing

NRC

All Screening & rehabilitation of SAM/MAM babies is done free of cost We have screened ever 5000 children for malnutrition. We provide free of cost NRC Care.

Paediatrics Hematology-oncology

Thalassemia Hemophilia Treatment Center is functional since last 12 years .We also provide the Hemophilia diagnostic and treatment services.

Developmental and Behavioral Paediatrics

A child development center can help child reach their full potential. With a multidisciplinary approach, we can help in maximizing their development. We and our neuro-developmental team {Dr. Shiji, Dr.Shradha, and Dr.Rasika} provide care to a lot of developmental and behavior disorders like, autism, ADHD etc.

Our team of neonatal therapist, pediatric physiotherapist, special educators, lactation counselors, psychologists and developmental pediatrician are available for consultations for parents to gain information and guidance from experts before problems arise. Our services include parent education on common topics like breastfeeding, sleep, play activities, developmental milestones and more. We offer developmental services of families of high-risk infants, with an NICU or PICU stay and any other developmental delays.
